Coaching combines the art of listening with asking strategic open questions. The objective is to unlock the knowledge and answers that are hidden deep within yourself. Awareness is the right word here.
A coach will guide you in finding the solution to your problem. But also to clarify your vision, your truth. Once that has happened, the action plan will become clear. It's that simple sometimes. Or so complicated. In our collaboration I will guide you through these four phases:
Consciousness: better understand the story from past to present.
Vision: clearly seeing what you want to achieve and where you want to go.
Obstacles: exploring the circumstances, beliefs and habits that stand in your way.
Solutions: determining the smallest steps you can take to move towards sustainable growth
Coaching is not advice. Coaching is different from counseling because it does not provide a diagnosis or treatment plan for your mental health. Coaches will refer you to mental health professionals when necessary. Coaching is also not mentoring, teaching or advising. You will discover for yourself how to achieve your goal.
While we work together, we consider the following aspects, which are also the conditions for jointly developing a relationship of trust:
Emotional safety
Listen attentively
Thoughtful questions
Honest feedback
Empathy
Encouragement
Responsibility
