Workshop – Identity

Who is this workshop for?

• Do you see how people and companies are increasingly looking at themselves and looking for meaning or 'purpose'?

• But do you also experience that there is a step ahead and that you first have to experience who you really are behind all those human emotions? Experience how we can learn about these themes from horses.

• Do you feel this is the level of true connection?
• Do you also experience that at this level freedom and tolerance fall together like a puzzle?
• Have you been working on your process for some time and have you come to realize how other questions fade into insignificance when we arrive at the level of identity?

This is not for you if:

• You know very well who you are and you see very clearly the differences and similarities with certain people.
• You enjoy debating and you feel strengthened by your clear black-and-white principles. You don't have time to put on the brakes. Your work now needs your full attention and you feel indispensable as a leader. 
• You think your team 'already listens well'.
• You don't like horses... you don't like animals in general.
• You don't believe in the power of conscious energy use.
• Your work runs smoothly and you feel that you have control.
