Experience behaviour and practise new ways of working
When working with horses, body language, timing, communication and the way someone takes up space become an immediate part of the experience.
What happens when someone communicates more clearly? When a leader slows down or takes the initiative? How does the interaction change when someone adjusts their approach?
Through guided exercises, participants explore these experiences and connect them to familiar workplace situations. This creates opportunities to practise different behaviours and make conscious choices about how to act in their daily work.
From development needs to workplace application
First, we define the focus.
Together, we discuss the context, the participants and the desired development. For example, addressing tensions earlier, clarifying responsibilities or learning to shift more consciously between providing direction and giving others space.
During the sessions, participants explore their behaviour.
Guided exercises with horses, observation and reflection help participants recognise patterns and experience different ways of responding and interacting.
Finally, we translate the insights into the workplace.
Which insights are relevant to your daily reality? What would participants like to approach differently? Which agreements will help the team put these insights into practice?
