  Each team member completes the online test individually. We identify their primary and secondary horsepowers.

  We combine the individual results and analyse how the four horsepowers are distributed across the four professional domains. Where is the team naturally strong? What is missing? And where might blind spots occur?
  
  
• Team report & diagnosis
  The team radar is further developed into a professional analysis of complementarity, communication, resilience, leadership dynamics, energy loss and development potential. This results in concrete recommendations for the team.

DEEP DIVE — Look beneath the surface

• Individual HorsePower® assessments with horses
  For teams that want to look beneath the surface, individual profiles can be explored in greater depth through a live assessment with a horse. This makes aspects such as intention, energy, boundaries, leadership, congruence and consistency visible.

  Together with management, HR or the team leader, we translate the results into the organisation's specific context and identify priorities for further development.
