The Horsepower® scan is based on the Horsepower® archetype model, which distinguishes four fundamental energies:

How does it work?
The Horsepower® scan takes place in three steps:
- Online preparation – a brief reflection with open and closed questions that invite self-exploration (± 30 minutes).
- Outdoor session with a horse – a unique encounter in which the horse mirrors your behaviour, energy, and leadership style through non-verbal feedback. No prior horse experience required (2 to 2,5 hours).
- Final report & debrief – within 3 working days you’ll receive an inspiring, visual final report (± 10 pages) clearly describing your unique horse powers, talent and growth potential.
- The book Paardenkracht by author Ilse Melotte, which elaborates extensively on HorsePower® and helps to further internalize its insights.
