Conditions and Use of VDAB Career Vouchers
Would you like to start a career coaching program using VDAB career vouchers? Then you must meet the following conditions:
- You live in Flanders or the Brussels Capital Region.
- You are currently employed, either full-time or part-time, as an employee or self-employed person.
- You have at least 7 years of professional experience as an employee or self-employed person.
- You have not yet used a career voucher during your career.
With VDAB career vouchers, you only pay a small portion of the total cost — the government covers the rest. You are entitled to one package of 4 hours of coaching with an officially recognized career coach.
Price: You pay €90 for 4 hours of individual guidance. The actual value of the program is largely subsidized by the Flemish government.
Validity – usage period: The career voucher must be fully used within 6 months after purchase and approval. This means that your entire career coaching process must be completed and registered within six months from the voucher’s issue date.
